Types of Personal Information We Collect We collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, street address, organisation and role title in order to provide services to you. For example, to enable you to participate in our Conferences/events as a delegate, sponsor, speaker or in some other capacity. If you buy a ticket to one of our Conferences, you will provide your credit card details and other information to us which will allow us to process your request.
We may also request your preferences for receiving further information about our Conferences, programs or events or other services. Where possible, you have the option of interacting with us anonymously (for example, as a visitor of the website www.rejuven8CPD.com.au) or using a pseudonym if you feel more comfortable dealing with us that way. For example, if you contact us directly by telephone with a general question, we will not ask for your full name unless we need it to answer your question. So, the choice of how much information you provide to us is yours, but if you want to participate in a Conference or receive a service, we require certain information from you.
